Direct building of a rear tooth
The direct building with a composite (bonding) allows rapid restoration of the tooth shape, so that it looks and functions like a natural tooth. The advantage of this technique is that it is done in the dental office in one visit, which saves time and money.
In this particular case, the patient Valeria T. is 24 years old female and an apical granuloma of the roots was found of her first lower right molar. Retreatment was conducted for cleaning and disinfecting the root canals (treatment of granuloma) and the tooth was completed by direct building with a composite.
A comparative photo before, during and after the building. The second and third photos show blue silicone canvas (cofferdam), which is needed for the building with a composite.

Building of the inner part of the tooth with a glass fibre reinforced composite (EverX)
This reduces the risk of subsequent cracks and breaks of the tooth

In this case the building was done by Dr Krasimir Avramov. The bonding of this tooth (46) took 1 hour and 20 minutes.
